Our prices are per person and day/package including the gourmet half-board and the Kesslwirt inclusive services. The local tax is charged extra (€ 2,20 per day for persons from 14 years)

 

For stays with bed and breakfast only, € 14 per person and day will be deducted from the half-board price.

 

Children's discounts only apply when staying in the parents' room, with 2 full-paying guests.

• Children up to 4 years: free of charge
• 5 to 10 years: 50% discount
• 11 to 14 years: 30% discount
• From 15 years and 3rd person in the room: 15% discount

 

Check In from 15:00 / Check Out until 10:00.

 

Cuisine: Vegetarian, gluten- and lactose-free dishes available on request and by prior arrangement. Please inform us of any intolerances before your arrival.

 

Single room supplement: Singles stay in the double room type Juval or in the double room type Tomberg for an extra charge of € 35,- or € 45,- per day.

 

Parking: Free, hotel-owned car park.

 

Sustainability: We try to run our hotel as sustainably as possible. Therefore, you will not find any disposable slippers in the room. Please bring your own slippers / bathing shoes.

 

Travellers by train: You can reach us from Merano with the Vinschgerbahn, the train station Tschars is only 1 minute away from the hotel.

 

All room categories are non-smoking rooms. Italy's legal smoking ban applies throughout the hotel.

 

We only accept dogs by prior arrangement. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, and wellness area. We charge € 8,- per day without food.

 

Reservation: For a binding reservation we need a written confirmation and a deposit of € 200 by bank transfer or credit card.

 

Payment: Cash, EC card, Mastercard or Visa. You are welcome to make a bank transfer in advance.

 

Cancellation sounds unpleasant, but it is - for everyone involved. Our cancellation conditions:

• Up to 4 weeks before the start of your holiday: free cancellation.
• 4 to 2 weeks before the start of the holiday: 50% of the booked arrangement.
• 2 to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the booked arrangement.
• 1 week before arrival: 80% of the booked arrangement.
• In case of no-show, late arrival and early departure: 100% of the booked arrangement, irrespective of whether the room(s) is/are re-let.

 

There is no right of withdrawal in terms of the Consumer Protection Code (notification according to Part III, Title III, Section I, of the Consumer Protection Code, GvD 206/2005) - nevertheless we grant you the above cancellation conditions.
